That might mean that I work as a temporary team member on a project or that I work separately as an ‘informed outsider’. It might mean that I run a brainstorm for half a day or a brand positioning process over a couple of months.
It might mean that I conduct fresh market research (e.g. focus groups, depth interviews, website usability testing) or give your existing research and information a thorough review to see what the key insights are and where the gaps lie.

That’s certainly something I can do – I have a head for numbers, was a judge for the 2010 IPA Effectiveness Awards and I co-authored the John Lewis paper which won the 2012 Grand Prix.
